Elevator for the needy as per my spouse has knee problem, thus this hotel is among the preferred one as there us elevator to access to the room evethough the hotel is a low-rise, 3 storey hight. Excellent for those have similar requirement.

To be honest this is old fashioned hotel same as Colmar Bukt Tinggi kind of hotel BUT the location is VERY Strategic and save time if anyone like me who doesn't even bother trendy hotel but focusing more on activiies to visit for family/kids. I suggest this Hotel Location distance: 1.Museum Terengganu around 10minutes 2.Masjid Crystal 15minutes 3.Pasar Payang (jalan kaki also can) 3mins 4.Chinatown 5-7mins 5.Jambatan Angkat around 17minutes (delay due to traffic light) 6.Singgang Budu famous one 9mins 7.Dsuasana for nice dinner view and delicous bakar/thai style around 7-10mins 8.KTCC Mall which as big as One utama (just near to jambatan angkat soon biggest mall will be Mayang mall) GREAT for me to save distace since journey from KL to Kuala Terengganu already Long😊

Comfortable bed and good toilet. Staff is great. I think my experience was a lot better thanks to the staffs. Always provide water bottles, tissues, and change rubbish bag. Very good service from staff.

I request a ground floor room because of my disable child and they gladly provide a room with facilities for diaable. This made it easy for me to bath my child and also the spacious room makes it manoeuvrable to move my child in his special needa stroller.

The location is strategic,,close to all area. Lots of parking and room are clean and tidy.

The room facilities is acceptable. Location is good especially there are many attractions place around. Breakfast is good too and meet our expectation.

Room is adequate for couple; no complaints. Location is just few minutes walk away from Pasar Payang along a scenic route.

The room is clean. Nice view by the river. Breakfast food is plenty. Aircond working properly. The hotel's ambience is cozy and clean.
